Tried it on and didn’t love it? Any items(s) purchased online or by phone that you don’t love may be exchanged or returned in Lenara’s Lingerie Stores located within the United States for FREE or by mail. This includes Sale & Clearance merchandise and items received as gifts. See our section on Return/Exchange Options below.
EXCLUSIONS: We are unable to accept items where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed. Price tags are not always included with an online purchase and are not required.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Returns within 90 days of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment. After 90 days, merchandise may be exchanged or refunded in the form of a merchandise card. Gift returns and purchases made with a gift card will be refunded in the form of a merchandise card. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns and exchanges.
